This modern residence hall in the Simmering district has various studio apartments available to rent. Each studio comes with a single bed, desk, wardrobe, shelving, kitchenette, and an ensuite bathroom. In addition to the personal kitchen area, there is a larger shared kitchen, as well as a music room and laundry room.
The building is located in a convenient area in Vienna's 11th district, Simmering. You are a 1-minute walk to the nearest metro and are also surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. If you enjoy being in nature, you can stroll over to nearby Hybler Park.
What we liked the most
- Each studio has a different colored door – nice touch!
- The kitchenette has an electric stove top, microwave, and a mini refrigerator.
- There is also a kitchen fan – handy for a studio.
- There are common balconies on each floor, the perfect place to meet your neighbors or get some sun.
- Parking is available.
