The rooms for rent in this 3-bedroom apartment on Hahngasse are fantastic. The common areas are no less amazing. The front door opens directly into a large shared space. It has beautiful parquet floors and a high ceiling. And it’s furnished with a round dining table with 4 elegant chairs. The toilet room is located to the left of the door. The bathroom, which is in another room, is huge. It has a tub, shelving, a towel rack, and a washing machine. The kitchen has two windows and is fully equipped. There is ample counter and storage space. It’s narrow, but large enough that you’ll be able to prepare a meal with another tenant.
Alsergrund is famous for two things: Freud and the University of Vienna. Don’t worry, you won’t get psychoanalyzed walking down the street (well, maybe). But you can have fun examining the neurologist’s home, now the Sigmund Freud Museum. It’s less than 10-minutes away. The Medical University of Vienna is a 20-minute walk west of your apartment. The University of Vienna is 20 minutes south. It’s not all study, though. The area is quite vibrant with lots of cafés, pubs, and restaurants close to your new home.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and 2 large windows with a street view. It is very spacious with a high ceiling. It’s furnished with a chest of drawers, clothing racks, desk and chair, comfy sofa chair, 2 standalone wardrobes, and a heater.
