The property has a sunny living room, where you can relax on the sofa and watch TV with family or flatmates, or step out onto the incredible terrace and enjoy the view on a sunny day. The kitchen has all the essentials, including an oven, a 4-burner stove, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer. The apartment also has a dining room, where you can host guests for a delicious dinner.
All the bedrooms are spacious and sunny, with a double bed in Bedroom 3 and a sofa-bed in Bedroom 2. The apartment has 1 full bathroom, where you will find a large, open shower and plenty of storage space for all your things under the sink. There is also a separate toilet, making shared living easy!
You'll be living in Landstraße, 1 of Vienna's most central and well-connected neighborhoods. Here, you'll be a short walk from the Wien Rennweg Station, as well as the Belvedere Gardens. Around the apartment, you'll also find lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops.
