Spacious 1-bedroom apartment available for rent in the 23rd district. There is lots of storage space for all your things, meaning that you have lots of space to enjoy, whilst keeping your spartment neat and organised. The living room is large and stylish with lots of seating space and an open space kitchen, perfect for hosting guests.
The property is located on Vertexgasse in Vienna's 23rd district. Each district had it's own supermarkets, pharmacys etc, so you are very well equipped with everything you need in this area. The nearest U-Bahn station is Alterlaa and is a 12-minute walk from the property, and is connected to U6, meaning that travelling around Vienna or commuting is as easy as can be.
What we liked the most
- The stylish furnishings makes this the kind of place you would really want to show off.
- There is lots of storage space, so keeping your home neat and tidy won't be a problem.
- This apartment is couple and family friendly.
- The area has everything you need.
- The bathroom is newly renovated, big and stylish, just ready and waiting to be used.
Things to keep in mind
- The property is still undergoing renovations
- There will be a wall installed by the staircase that was present at the time of the photo session.
- There was no oven or dishwasher present at the time of the photo session but the landlady will purchase one once the property is booked.
- The kitchen does not come equipped, but there is lots of space so you can bring your own equipment.
- There was a washing machine and dryer present at the time of the photo session, but they will not be there when you arrive, so you will have to have your own installed.
