This 78 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Marokkanergasse in Landstraße. The apartment has big rooms, including a dining room with a sofa-bed, which can be changed to be a second bedroom if desired. The kitchen is fully equipped, ready for you to move in. The whole apartment is very well furnished, with a great deal of space to store and display your belongings, and with comfortable seating and a large dining table.
You'll be living on a quiet side street, but close to larger streets where you can find shopping and other amenities, including banks, and a Billa supermarket. There are several popular restaurants nearby, excellent transport options, and parks within just a few minutes walk. You won't be lost for culture either, with the palaces and museums of Belvederegarten, and the Wiener Konzerthaus just moments away.
What we liked the most
- Although there is no dryer in the common laundry room, there is one in the apartment, conveniently!
- The shower is very spacious and has a seat and rail for accessibility. There is also a grab rail in the toilet.
- The beautiful Belvederegarten, with its gorgeous palaces and landscaped gardens, is just a few minute's walk away.
- A local favourite with excellent reviews, Gmoakeller, a restaurant with a terrace which severs classic Viennese dishes is just a few moments away.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlord will paint the walls before you move in.
- The dining room can be changed to a second bedroom if you wish.
- The electricity was not turned on when Spotahome visited, so in the video, the apartment appears darker than it actually is.
