This spacious and stylish 45 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Neustiftgasse in Neubau. The apartment consists of a big open plan kitchen and living area, and separate bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped, and has a breakfast bar, and the living room is comfortable. All of the fittings and furnishings are contemporary and spotless. The apartment also has a small balcony.
You will be living in Neubau, close to the centre of Vienna, within a 15-minute walk of the museums and gardens around Maria-Theresien-Platz and the Austrian Parliament, and about 20-minute's walk from the University of Vienna. There is lots of shopping and plenty of restaurants and takeaways on the larger streets nearby.
