This modern studio apartment on Calle Pintor Ferrandis, in Cabañal, is 55 m² and opens out onto a lovely balcony. The fully furnished property is beautifully decorated and comes with a double bed, flat screen TV, and a kitchen with all the essentials.
The apartment is located in Poblats Marítims, close to shops, restaurants and other amenities. Valencia's gorgeous beach is a 5-minute walk away, making this apartment an ideal base to explore the city.
What we liked the most
- The balcony offers lovely street views.
- The apartment has been nicely renovated.
- There is AC for the hot summer months.
- Jose Manuel the homechecker told us that he really loved this property.
- The Polytechnic University of Valencia is easily accessible using the tram.
