This modern studio apartment to rent on Carrer de la Conserva, Camins al Grao, is equipped with AC and covers an area of 45 m². There is a double bed on a mezzanine level as well as a sofa, television and kitchen on the main room.
The apartment is located close to park Jardi D'Ayora, shops, restaurants, supermarkets and bars. You will find a metro station a short walk away and the beach is easily accessible using public transport.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is beautifully decorated.
- Having the bed on a mezzanine area makes very good use of space.
- The bathroom is modern and has storage space.
- The old Turia River is a short walk away.
- Jose Manuel the homechecker told us that he really loved this property.
Things to keep in mind
- The refrigerator is only half-sized, but it is sufficient for 1-2 people.
- The kitchen does not have an oven, but there is a microwave and stove.
