A modern, 35 m² studio apartment is available to rent in central L'Eixample, Valencia. The property is spacious, and it has an enormous living room with a large sofa, an entertainment center, a table with chairs, and a sizable balcony with street views. The kitchen area, which is part of the main living area, has a mini fridge, a small electric stove for cooking, lots of storage space, and a washing machine. The bedroom is spacious, and it has a double bed, a large wardrobe, and a recently renovated ensuite bathroom. Off of the bedroom, there is a small interior patio for tenants to dry clothes or use as they like.
This apartment can be found on Carrer del Comte d'Altea in L'Eixample; one of the most popular locations in Valencia. Located right in the heart of the city center, residents of L'Eixample are within walking distance of most of Valencia's major sights and locales. Well-connected by public transportation, there's really nothing you can't do in L'Eixample!
