There is a common living room with a couch where you can spend time with your room mates and 4 of the rooms have their own couches for when you want to relax on your own. The kitchen comes equipped with what you need to cook and has dining table where you can enjoy your meals while there is a balcony facing the interior patio where you can enjoy fresh air and hang your clothes to dry.
The apartment is located between the beach and the city center and living here you will be within walking distance of both. The area is home to shops, some bars and a nightclub and is right around the corner from Jardí del Túria park. There are several bus stops in the streets outside for when you want to connect easily with the rest of the city.
