There are double rooms available to rent to individuals and couples in this 50 m², 3-bedroom apartment El Pla del Real. Upon entering the apartment you find the kitchen / living room area which acts as the central point. The kitchen comes fully equipped and there is a small dining table. There is 1 full bathroom to share that is spacious and is where you can find the washing machine.
El Pla del Real is a popular neighborhood for its proximity to Valencia's university campuses, but also for its central location. With a youthful spirit, there is always something to do and somewhere to go. You have all your basic amenities right outside your door, and for sushi lovers, a couple of Japanese restaurants.
