This cozy 70sqm apartment is located in the beautiful Camins al Grau region of Valencia. Camins al Grau is the ideal spot for anybody hoping to live near the beach, yet still be able to travel to the city quite easily. The property is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. As you enter you will have a comfortable living area to your left and a small, yet well equipped, kitchen to your right. The living area is furnished with a couch, dining table, multiple chairs, and a TV. There is also a small balcony, which can be accessed from the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, and washing machine. As you follow on through a doorway next to the kitchen you will see the fully functional bathroom in front of you, the first bedroom which has a double bed to your left, and the second bedroom which has a single bed to your right. The whole apartment is well decorated and has a wonderful cozy aesthetic.

- Camins al Grau is a wonderful area with a stunning beach and plenty of transport links.
