This 4-bedroom apartment on Calle Cullera, in Benimamet has access to a refreshing shared swimming pool. The bright and spacious living area is furnished with a plush sofa and arm chairs surrounding a TV, and a large, 6 seat dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove top, water cooler and oven. The apartment also has a beautiful tiled, covered terrace that overlooks the private pool.
Within a 5 minute walk of the apartment are Benimàmet metro station, grocery stores, a pharmacy, restaurants, a bank and a post office. Also nearby is a tram stop, school and sports stadium. It is a metropolitan residential area surrounded by many shops and cafes.
What we liked the most
- The private pool! Perfect for those hot summer days.
- The Terrace! Can be accessed from the living room. A lovely place to sit and eat in summer in the shade or the sun.
- The light colour scheme and big windows make it feel very spacious.
- There is a laundry room with its own sink and both a washer and dryer.
- The kitchen has a 5 seat dining table and a single seat breakfast bar.
- There is plenty of storage space in all the bedrooms and communal areas.
- The apartment has gorgeous wooden floors, heating and AC.
Things to keep in mind
- Access to the pool is limited from June-September and will be determined by a schedule.
- Only the TV in the lounge will remain in the apartment.
- The sound system, Playstation and computers you can see in the photos are not included.
