This modern 2-bedroom apartment on Av. Mare Nostrum, in Alboraya is fully furnished and has access to a lovely terrace. The 65 m² property has a fully equipped open plan kitchen, and 1 fully tiled shared bathroom. The apartment has lovely tiled floors and is equipped with heating and A/C. The building also has a shared pool, and gymnasium.
The apartment is located in Alboraya, on the fringe of the Poblats Marítims neighbourhood. From here you will be just a short stroll from the sand, as well as plenty of shops and some excellent restaurants. The bus is your best bet for getting around, and there is a stop just across the street.
What we liked the most
- Alboraya sure is a lovely spot, right by the beach but within easy reach of the city.
- The apartment features lovely tiled floors and has a sleek and stylish decor.
- The living room has a comfortable sofa, coffee table and television.
- Heating and A/C is installed in this apartment.
- The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and has an oven and microwave.
Things to keep in mind
- This is high-rise living, and you're on the 6th floor here. The views are pretty nice though.
