This modern 67 m² 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is for rent on Carrer Sanç Llopis d'Abero in L'Olivereta. The large living room has a sofa and TV. The second bedroom is also located in the living room with a separate wall but no door. The master bedroom has a double bed and a private toilet.
The Nuevo Centro shopping mall is within a half-hour walk, and there is a supermarket and pharmacy within a 5-minute walk, so you don't need to go far for the essentials.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom has a large bath with a shower, toilet and sink.
- There is a balcony which can be accessed through the living room.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating and AC to keep you comfortable year round.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- This is a 2nd floor apartment without an elevator.
