This 2-bedroom apartment on Calle Granada, in Quatre Carreres, is 45 m² and opens out onto a charming balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The fully furnished property is interior and has 1 nicely tiled bathroom, living area, and a fully equipped kitchen that has been beautifully renovated.
The apartment is located close to the Turia Gardens, and surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. The Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias Museum, the Hemisfèric IMAX, and the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia arts centre are all within a 20-minute walk.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is very stylish, with open shelving and tiled red floors and splashback.
- The charming living area is equipped with a dining table, sofa and AC.
- The bathroom has a small window which can be opened for fresh air.
- El Saler Shopping Centre is within walking distance.
- You can easily walk to lively Russafa to explore the many bars and nightclubs.
