This lovely 3-bedroom apartment for rent in Olivereta is in a superb location right next to the old Turia riverbed, which has been turned into a gorgeous park. It's also handy for two shopping malls and public transport. Another amazing plus to this apartment is that you're allowed to bring your pets with you! Any dogs will love walkies in the park. This apartment is on the fifth floor with interior patio views, which means it's quieter than if it faced the street. It has a large kitchen with living area so you can cook meals while watching TV or chatting to your fellow tenants. The kitchen is lovely and bright with an electric hob and oven plus plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom has a shower and lots of cupboard space too.
This is a desirable location, next to Turia park which links the Bioparc Valencia wild animal park at one end - closest to your apartment - to the futuristic City of Arts and Sciences 6 kms away at the other end near the marina. You are a 20-minute walk from two shopping malls - Nuevo Centro and Gran Turia for all your shopping needs - as well as 9 minutes from Carrefour hypermarket. This district is perfect for public transport to the city centre and beaches as well as being packed with great bars and restaurants.

- The spacious living and kitchen area so you can socialise while cooking.
- The peace and quiet because the rooms face the interior patio.
