The sunny living room opens up onto a balcony and has stylish seating and decor. There is a large fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and toilet room.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Ruzafa area of L'Eixample. This is one of Valencia's trendiest areas with chic bars, restaurants, and clubs. Just a few minutes' walk away you have the popular Mercadona grocery store chain, famous Black Turtle hamburger chain, and the Mercat de Ruzafa. If you want to live next to everything, this is the spot!

What we liked the most
