A very spacious, 65 m² luxury 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Extramurs in the centre of Valencia. The main living area is huge and has two balconies which let in lots of light. There is also a well-equipped kitchen and a sumptuous bedroom with beautiful artwork and a balcony.
The apartment is in the heart of the city, within walking distance of Plaza del Ayuntamiento and just footsteps away from Universidad Católica de Valencia San Vicente Mártir.
