A comfortable 40 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in the L’Eixample area in the heart of Valencia. The apartment is bright, clean and decorated primarily in white, helping it to feel light and modern. It has all the necessary facilities, including AC, highly valuable during the Valencian summers.
Here in L'Eixample you have everything on your doorstep, including the Ruzafa neighbourhood, one of the most exciting and multicultural in the city, full of restaurants serving cuisines from around the world and also a popular student area. The property is right next to Ciutat Vella too, the old part of the town, so you can easily experience two different sides of the city.
What we liked the most
- The terrace is a fantastic extra addition, ideal for enjoying warm evenings with a glass of wine.
- AC is a necessity given the city's high summer temperatures.
- White walls will help the apartment to feel cool during the hot weather.
- The property's proximity to the public transport is ideal for travel around Valencia.
