This 1 bedroom apartment, with an area of 53 sqm, is a luxury apartment located in one of Valencia's exclusive areas. In the neighborhood of Camins al Grau, it is only a 10-minute bus ride from the beach and is located near the beautiful park of Turia River Gardens. The living room area and kitchen are connected, which provides one large space, which is nicely illuminated by the light that comes through the large balcony windows. If you are looking for comfort and elegance, this is the apartment for you!

- The beach is only 10 minutes away by bus.
- There are many shops and supermarkets in the area.

- The bathroom is spacious and provides a shower with a bathtub.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is near a busy street which may have a lot of traffic, but the balcony doors block out the noise well.
