This modern apartment available to rent is a renovated and spacious studio, perfect for 1 or 2 people. The 40 m² studio has a great layout that allows for separate bedroom, living room, and kitchen spaces. The double canopy bed is at the center, with a sheer curtain separating it from the sofa bed and TV corner. There is also a large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen that has plenty of space, especially for a studio.
On Calle Laurel, you are technically part of La Macarena district, but you are in a great central location just minutes from the Casco Antiguo and lively Alameda neighborhood. Some of the surrounding streets include Calle Castellar and Calle Feria, which are known for having both trendy and traditional shops, bars, and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- We love the window that lets in light but provides privacy.
- There is AC – necessary for Seville summers.
- The curtain is a nice touch to separate the spaces.
- Guadaira, our Homechecker, loved the Seville inspired artwork.
- The location is perfect, especially if you enjoy walking everywhere.
