This 35 m² studio apartment available to rent is a modern home in one of Seville's traditional neighborhoods – Triana. The 2 single beds are located on a mezzanine floor overlooking the combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen corner has colorful red cabinets and comes equipped with everything you need for a delicious meal. The living room has a standalone wardrobe, sofa bed, and a TV.
Located on Calle Troya, you are on the border of the Triana and Los Remedios neighborhoods. The two couldn't be more different. Triana is one of the best areas to tapear and dive into Seville's incredible gastronomy. In neighboring Los Remedios you can find big avenues, tall buildings, a metro, and plenty of shopping options.
What we liked the most
- We love the mezzanine floor, which allows for a large living room area.
- There is an AC unit – a must for Seville's sweltering summers.
- Visitors can sleep comfortably on the living room sofa bed.
- Seville isn't known for its metro, but it's convenient for students attending the Universidad Pablo de Olavide.
- You are right around the corner from the famous Calle Betis – bars, flamenco, and dancing.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen does not have an oven, but it comes with a 2-burner electric stove.
- The bathroom opens up into an interior patio, perfect for hang drying clothes.
