This large 12-bedroom house on Calle Porvenir, in El Porvenir has stylish rooms to rent. The fully furnished 300 m² property has a spacious equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a beautiful dining room with exposed brick archway and wooden rafters. There are 4 shared bathrooms, so you won't have to wait too long for the shower.
The house is located in El Porvenir, a lovely residential area right next door to Sevilla's oasis in the city; Parque de Maria Luisa. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, as well as a great nightlife.
Room description
Bedroom 9 has a double bed and is simply but stylishly furnished. The room has lovely polished wooden floors, a chandelier, A/C, and a huge built-in wardrobe.

- The house is spread over several floors and there is no elevator.
- Bedroom 1 and 2 are found in the basement, but both still get some natural light in through the exterior windows.
