There are rooms for rent in this tidy 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on Calle Faustino Álvarez in Alameda. There is a living room with a sofa and a TV, and the kitchen has a 4-burner stove and a range hood as well as a double sink.
There is a supermarket and a pharmacy within a 2-minute walk, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby as well. The Feria Market is also within a 5-minute walk. The Antiguo Hospital de las Cinco Llagas, and Palacio Marques de la Algaba are both nearby.
