Located on the 1st floor of a traditional Sevillian home is this 2-bedroom apartment with a cozy room available to rent. The interior apartment has marble flooring with mosaic tiling in the living room that receives plenty of natural light. There is a spacious eat-in kitchen that is fully equipped and is a comfortable common area. This property is a small palace from the 20th Century which has been recently renovated!
Calle Jesús del Gran Poder is a charming and well-located street in Seville. On the border of the San Lorenzo and Alameda districts, you are on a quiet cobblestone street just moments away from a big plaza lined with bars, restaurants, and clubs. The nearby Alameda de Hércules is known for its alternative scene and is always buzzing with people. Your dining options are endless, but you also have the Naima jazz café and the retro Alameda Multicines.
Room description
Bedroom 1 is a spacious and cozy room furnished with a double bed. The room also has a desk, a standalone wardrobe, and an AC unit. There are also string right outside your window where you can hang dry your clothes.
What we liked the most
- There are AC units throughout, which are necessary to survive Seville summers.
- Despite being an interior apartment, the living room is quite sunny.
- You are on a quiet street just moments away from the lively Alameda de Hércules.
- Calle Feria is located on the other side of the plaza and has a flea market every Thursday, in addition to its delicious and trendy market.
