There is also a large, communal terrace where you can get to know your housemates.
The house is on Calle Porvenir, in one of the most expensive neighborhoods of Seville. The area is mostly big houses with beautiful tree-lined streets. You are just a short walk from the huge Parque de Maria Luisa and close to several University of Seville campuses.
