These double-bed rooms available to rent are located in an 8-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a student residence located in the heart of Seville's Casco Antiguo. In a beautiful historical building on Calle O'Donnell, the rooms are all quite spacious and come fully furnished with a double bed, desk, and wardrobe. The common area is a large equipped kitchen with a dining table and 2 refrigerators. There are 3 full bathrooms to share, and a common laundry room in the building.
You are right around the corner from one of the busiest streets in Seville, Calle Tetuán, which is lined with all the clothing stores you can think of. You are also a short walk away from Plaza del Salvador and Plaza de la Encarnacion (Las Setas), which is a Sevillano staple on those beautiful sunny days. The location is great for students studying at the Universidad de Sevilla's main campus, Bellas Artes campus, or Nursing, in addition to many others.
