A stylish one bedroom apartment with one bathroom, offering an immaculate living space. This exterior apartment comes with everything you can need for a comfortable stay, including a kitchen, a washing machine, a TV and hot and cold air-conditioning. It has a floor area of 45 sqm and is located on San Vicente street, the main street in the quaint historical city centre of Seville. The Guadalquivir river is located very near the apartment, offering a nice riverside walkaway where you can go for a relaxed stroll or bike ride. This homey apartment is perfect for couples looking for a cozy home in a central location, and within easy access to public transport.
What we liked the most
- You access the apartment via a gorgeous shared interior patio, nicely presented with pot plants, a fountain and some benches, ideal for relaxing outside in the fresh air.
- The open plan kitchen and living area is spacious and comfortable.
- There is a flat screen TV situated on top of a chest of drawers, providing additional storage space.
- There is a safe box available to store your valuables.
- The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and has a modern ensuite bathroom.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen doesn't have an oven, but there is a microwave and a two-element electric stove.
- The wardrobe is located outside of the bedroom, by the kitchen.
- There is no window in the bedroom.
