This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom exterior apartment is located on Plaza Gil, between the La Macarena and San Vicente districts of Seville. The two neighborhoods have a lot of historical sites and cultural offers that tenants will no doubt enjoy. In fact, the Basilica of La Macarena is situated right in front of the apartment and the exterior balconies look out to this beautiful monument. The apartment for rent is decorated beautifully and the bedroom has 2 single beds, allowing tenants to use it as a double or single occupancy. The total area of this 1 bedroom flat is 35 m2.
What we liked the most
- The flat is beautifully decorated with a red and white color scheme.
- There is a small counter area next to the living room area where tenants can have a quick breakfast.
- The living room has a big flat-screen TV.
- The flat has beautiful views of the Basilica of La Macarena.
- The big windows of the apartment let in a lot of natural light, eliminating the need for tenants to turn on the lights during the day.

- The building does not have an elevator, so tenants will get a good exercise.
