This 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in Nervión is perfect for 1 or 2 people. On the 3rd floor, the apartment has 2 balconies, which keep it bright and fresh. The main room is the open-plan kitchen and living room that has a sitting corner with a couch, coffee table, and TV, and an elegant dining area near the kitchen. The all-white kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of storage space. There is wood flooring throughout and simple but stylish decor.
Nervión is a more residential and modern part of Seville that is home to several university campuses and the FC Seville football stadium Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán. On Calle Beatriz de Suabia, you have neighborhood shops and bars close by and are within a 10-minute walk of 2 shopping centers, Nervión Plaza and Los Arcos.
