This spacious apartment is available for rent on Calle Escuelas Pías, right in central Seville. The property is very modern and elegantly decorated throughout, the best part being the large terrace where you can enjoy fresh air while hiding from the heat. The living room is furnished with a TV, 2 comfy couches and a pair of useful bunk beds that can be folded against the wall, excellent for hosting friends and family and the kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to cook.
Located on Calle Escuelas Pías, you will not get much more central than this. The apartment is surrounded by beautiful buildings and living here you will be close to La Campana Street, Plaza del Duque and Seville's historic Old Town. You will be able to find all your basic amenities nearby and the area is well-served by public transport.
What we liked the most
- The property is very modern and stylish.
- The terrace is spacious and the property has AC, perfect for hot Spanish summers.
- The location is excellent, right in the heart of Seville.

- There is no Wi-Fi installed in the property.
