This spacious and welcoming apartment is available to rent on Calle Gonzalo Bilbao in the Santa Justa district. With a very large and bright living area, a kitchen that is almost as big, and 2 comfortable bedrooms, you'll have plenty of space living here. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and there is one other complete bathroom. The 90 m² apartment is well furnished and equipped, ready with everything you'll need from the moment you move in.
The apartment is in a great location - far enough from the tourist areas to have more peace and quiet, but only a short walk from the centre when you go for a night out, or want to be a tourist yourself. There's plenty in the local area too, with nearby supermarkets, banks, bakeries, restaurants, parks, and more, all within a few minute's walk.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is huge – plenty of space to cook up a feast.
- You have central AC throughout the apartment – cold for the sweltering summer, and hot for the occasionally chilly winter.
- With Santa Justa station just around the corner, the whole of Spain is only a train ticket away.
- Want to play tourist? You can walk to the magnificent Catedral de Sevilla in less than 20 minutes.
