This studio apartment for rent in the Aurelio district, close to the Vatican and a 20 minute bus ride from the city centre is all that you need to make your life in Rome super comfortable. The apartment is compact but has central heating and AC. There is a small bathroom that has a rain shower unit, bidet, large mirror and sink. It features an open planned kitchen that is fully equipped, a small breakfast bar and all the cooking utensil that you need. The living space has a small dinning table with chairs, sofa and excellent storage. Above, via stairs, you will find the loft sleeping area with a comfortable double bed, TV, closet, skylight and enough space to stand (if you are not too tall). Of course the best part is the private patio/balcony that is huge with outdoor seating where you can enjoy the sun and entertain friends. This is also where the washing machine is located.
The Vatican is just a 10 minute walk away and you can find several shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. You are close to Roma San Pietro train station and several bus stations, providing easy access to other parts of the city. Carrefour Express is just a 5 minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- This studio has the best patio space. It is large and great for entertaining friends.
- The apartment is super clean and tidy.
- The property gets a lot of light and the bedroom even has a skylight to ensure you get natural lighting all year round.
- You will be living within walking distance of the Vatican.
