Cosy fully furnished studio located in the heart of Ponte di Nona on the 3rd floor with elevator. Good size balcony for entertainment with friends or to enjoy that Italian espresso. This lovely studio is equipped with brand new appliances. There is a spacious bathroom with shower function and hot tub while a huge mirror lines one side of the wall for all your vanity needs. The kitchen has gas stove top and oven, with all the cutlery, cups and plates that you need. There is a medium size window which lets in a lot of natural light. No A/C, but fan is available in the studio. The living/bedroom has a sofa which folds out into a comfy double bed and a TV to Netflix and chill.
The studio is in a quiet, new district of Rome built in 2002. All amenities are close by with Rome's largest mall, Roma Est Centro Commerciale, a 20 minute walk away. In Roma Est centro, you have stores such as H&M, Apple store, a cinema complex and Panorama hypermarket. Closer by you have a local bar, Il Veliero, for a quick drink and snacks. There are smaller local supermarkets, post office, pharmacy and resturants also within a 10 minute radius of the apartment, while two communal and an archaeology park are all within a 1 minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- There is a hot/spa tub in the bathroom.
- Electricity, gas, heating, water and WiFi are included in the rental price (monthly limit of €30).
- Boxed parking garage available (extra).
- Good size balcony overlooking the tranquil streets.
- Everything brand new within the studio.
- Hyper mall close by to fulfil any shopping desires.
