This studio apartment is available to rent in Via Germanico in the very desirable Prati district of Rome. The studio is well furnished and equipped, and has a quite spacious main room, and high ceilings, which makes it feel much more airy. The property has been recently renovated, and has a compact kitchen with a new induction stove and electric oven. There is a lot of storage in the apartment, including the ingenious fridge hidden in the table.
You will be living in one of Rome's most desirable areas, full of tree lined streets and gorgeous buildings. It has plenty of shops and places to dine, with cafes lining every street, interspersed with boutiques. For groceries, there is a Simply just a moment's walk from the apartment. Vatican city is just a 10-minute walk away, as is the stunning Castel Sant'Angelo.
What we liked the most
- The bright window has a tranquil view into the building's courtyard, which is filled with greenery.
- The high ceilings give the apartment a much larger, airy feeling.
- You will be living near some of Rome's biggest attractions, able to visit them whenever you desire.
- From the apartment you can stroll down beautiful tree lined streets, stopping at a cafe for an espresso or glass of wine – La Dolce Vita!
