This cosy and well equipped studio apartment is available to rent for students in Parioli. The studio comprises a living area with a single bed and a wardrobe plus a chest of drawers. There is a small kitchenette, which has an electric hob and a small electric oven. There is also a washing machine. The bathroom is a wet room, with a toilet and a washbasin as well as the shower.
The location is absolutely ideal for any students studying at LUISS university, which is less than a 3-minute walk from the apartment. It is also perfect for students at La Sapienza University, which is less than a 15-minute tram journey away. The area is very student oriented, full of bars and restaurants, and with lots of shops and other useful amenities such as banks and pharmacies nearby.
What we liked the most
- We like the little splashes of colour which bring personality to the apartment, on the kitchen cabinets, and with the painting above the bed.
- Despite its compact size the apartment is well equipped, it even has a washing machine.
- You will be living less than a 3-minute walk from LUISS, and less than a 15-minute journey from La Sapienza University.
- Everything you need for day-to-day life is easy to find in the area, including several banks, pharmacies, grocery stores, and lots of bars and restaurants.
