This spacious 28 m², studio apartment with pool access is located in the beautiful, calm district of Municipa VIII. The studio is located in the landlord's apartment, but is separated by a corridor for added privacy. The apartment is situated in a residential block and features a large private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and large windows that let in lots of natural light. The highlight of the apartment is the large balcony with a view of the castle-accented mountains and green open areas of quiet farmland.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area 20 minutes outside Rome city center by car. Numerous large parks and the tranquil countryside make this location perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, and a bus station, located within 2 minutes walking, provides convenient transportation.
What we liked the most
- Incredible view of the countryside and mountains from the balcony.
- The bedroom is spacious and well lit.
- Surrounding area is green and quiet.
- Tenants have access to a communal swimming pool, as the apartment is situated in a residential block.
