This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom exterior apartment is located on Via dei Marrucini in the San Lorenzo district. Though the area has a lot of students, there has been a increase in residential life in the neighborhood. Tenants of this apartment will have the best of both worlds: bars, restaurants, and cafes nearby and a lot of pedestrian areas to take nice walks! Situated right next to the Sapienza University of Rome, this 90 m2 property would be perfect for students.
