The first amazing feature of this exterior apartment for female workers and postgraduate students, located on Viale Marconi in the residential neighborhood of Marconi, is its brightness. We also really like how its white furniture adds a bright and friendly atmosphere. This spacious apartment has a total area of 90m2, but its high ceilings make it seem even larger. With Trastevere station nearby, you'll have easy access to central Rome and TRE University. Two rooms are available for rent, both fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, and the third room is occupied by the landlord. You will also be able to enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, two shared bathrooms and an extra room, soon to be converted into a living room. Along with good transportation, this area also has plenty of restaurants where you can try some of the best Italian cuisine.

What we liked the most
- The entire apartment has high ceilings, which give the whole place more space.
- It's oh so quiet in here! A perfect place to escape the noise and enjoy the peaceful sounds of silence.
- We really like the big drawers in the kitchen - you can practically fit anything in there!
- You'll also have an access to a storage room, which will be used as a living room in the future.
- Both of the bedrooms available for rent are very spacious and feature a comfortable double bed. Along with apartment's high ceilings, we can guarantee you'll never feel claustrophobic in here.
- The Trastevere station and Rome TRE University are nearby.
