As the flat is located a 30 minute bus ride from the European University of Rome, this room would be ideal for those studying in this prestigious institution. This house is situated in the district of Massimina, a quiet, peaceful area full of villas and parks. The room for rent has a lofted bed and its private bathroom, while the house itself has a beautifully maintained garden and the kitchen is spacious, fully equipped, and luminous. For students seeking to live in a tranquil place with lots of privacy and nature, this is a perfect option! As an added bonus, utilities are included in the rental price.

Interior room with a lofted double bed. Below the bed, you'll find the desk and chest of drawers. The room has a private bathroom just outside the door.
What we liked the most
- The villa is absolutely precious! Our favorite feature was hands down the green-filled garden.
- The room for rent has a private bathroom with 2 sinks, a bathroom, and a modern shower. The room itself has a lofted bed, leaving more space for tenants to stretch out.
- The house uses wooden furniture to create a beautiful rustic look. You'll feel like you're living in a cabin!
- As the European University of Rome is a bus ride away, students of this school would benefit from having this fully furnished room as their base.
- Parking is available, so those planning to use a car during their stay in Rome will have a place to safely park their vehicle.
