Located along Via Alfonso Di Legge in the EUR neighborhood of Rome, there are 5 rooms for rent with all bills included in the price. EUR is a relatively new area to the south of downtown Rome and it is full of green areas. Though outside of the center, a 30 minute subway ride will take tenants to Termini, Colosseo, and other main areas. The rooms for rent are fully furnished and are ideal for students and young workers who want to meet new people during their stay in Rome. With a social environment at home and access to transportation within walking distance, these bedrooms would make a great base! The total area of this spacious flat is 120 m2.

- The kitchen is spacious and comes with 2 refrigerators to store all your food. You'll also find 2 sinks, gas stove, and an oven to cook meals.
- There are built-in wardrobes in the hallway where you can put your extra belongings.
- Bedroom 1 has a private bathroom, allowing the tenant to enjoy lots of privacy.
- The surrounding area is very green and tranquil.
- The apartment has gas central heating, so you'll be nice and warm during the cold winters!
