This bright and modern 3-bedroom apartment has been recently renovated and is beautifully decorated. It offers 1 room with a double bed and 2 rooms with twin beds for rent, all of them rentable by singles or couples. Shared amenities include 1 bathroom and a kitchen with a gas stove, an oven and all the necessary equipment to cook. This 90 sqm interior flat is nice and quiet, located on via Flavio Stilicone, but not facing the street. It is situated in the neighbourhood of Tuscolano, away from the city centre but very close to line A of the metro. Movie buffs will love its proximity to the iconic Cinecittà Studios, where more than 3000 films we shot, including some by Federico Fellini, Francis Ford Coppola and Martin Scorsese!

- All rooms can sleep 2 people, making these great rooms for couples.
- The apartment receives good natural light with windows overlooking either a courtyard or the street.
- Having been recently refurbished, the apartment feels fresh and clean. We love the detail of the striking wall-decor used to add warmth and character to the ambience.
- The kitchen is bright and fully equipped with a range of cooking accessories. It has 2 dining tables.
- There is a sofa in the entrance hall, ideal for chilling with a drink or reading a book.
- There are 2 balconies, one accessed from bedroom 3 and the kitchen, and the other one belonging to bedroom 2.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 have 2 single beds, which can be put together to create a double bed if the room is being used by a couple.
- There is no TV in the apartment.
