Situated to the south of the city center, the district houses many business headquarters and offices of public bodies. EUR also houses many museums and buildings that reflect the architectural style of Italian history.

- All bedrooms are fully furnished including a desk, double bed, and a standalone wardrobe. They also come with independent keys for added security.
- Though all rooms are interior, they all receive ample natural light.
- With all utilities included in the rent, budgeting for the month will be much easier for tenants.
- Wi-Fi is already installed (and included in rent!), allowing tenants to simply move in and start chatting with their friends and family back home.
- The apartment is within a 15 minute walk from metro and train stations, allowing tenants to access other parts of Rome with ease.
