This interior home has 1 recently renovated bathroom where you will also find the washing machine, and a fully-equipped kitchen also offering a dinning area. It is located on Via Tiburtina, a major residential and commercial street offering a huge variety of shops and food outlets. From this well-connected location you can easily get to the town centre and other corners of Rome. Train station Tiburtina, the second largest in the city, is 8 minutes from the flat by foot. This apartment is interior and has a floor area of 90 sqm.

This interior room has a double bed, a heating unit, a desk, a TV, a chest of drawers, shelving and a huge wardrobe. It has its own key and a window overlooking a courtyard.

What we liked the most
- As you enter the apartment you will encounter a pleasant hall, furnished with a double sofa and a handy rack to hang your jackets.
- Both rooms are very spacious and are well-equipped while still offering plenty of free space to move around.
- There is a TV on each room and a third one in the dinning area.
- The kitchen is fully-equipped and also offers a comfortable dinning area equipped with a large wooden table and sitting space.
- There is an interior balcony which can be accessed from the kitchen and bedroom 1.
Things to keep in mind
- The sofa that is currently in the hallway could be moved to one of the rooms if desired.
- Bedroom 2 has a modern flat screen TV but bedroom 1 has an older style unit.
