This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and natural gas water heating. This traditional 2-bedroom apartment is beautifully presented with antique style furniture. It offers 2 double rooms (1 ensuite), which can be rented by either 1 person or be shared by 2 people. Common areas include 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, a sunny living area and a lovely patio. It is located on Via Angelo Emo, in the neighbourhood of Prati, very close to the Vatican City. You can reach the iconic Piazza San Pietro in approximately 15 minutes by foot. This area has very good public transport connections, with a train and metro station situated only 600m from the flat. The apartment is interior and has a floor area of 100 sqm.

What we liked the most
- Both rooms can accommodate 2 people, making them ideal for couples. Bedroom 1 has a private bathroom.
- Each room has its own TV, eliminating any conflict over the remote control!
- In the shared bathroom you will find a large bathtub, a mirror and good storage space.
- The sunny patio is green and lush, and is equipped with a table with 2 chairs.
- The kitchen has a gas stove and a handy dishwasher to lighten your household-chores.
- There is a small table in the kitchen and a larger dining table with 6 chairs in the living area.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 2 is normally occupied by the 40-year-old landlady, but she moves out and rents the room during the high season. The wardrobe located within this room will not be available to be used by the tenant, but there is a wardrobe in the hallway which can be used this room.
