Rooms are available for rent in this 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Via di Tor Pignattara in San Giovanni/ Appio Latino. There are plenty of windows to let sunlight into this apartment. It's a bright and quaint space with a homey feel and nice furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs, including an oven, refrigerator, and other cooking supplies. The bathroom is a large enough and has a walk-in shower.
San Giovanni/ Appio Latino is a lovely and green neighborhood that's situated slightly outside of Rome's historic center. If you like being outdoors in your free time, you'll love Giardino Sangalli and Villa De Sanctis, both of which are nearby. You'll also find loads of shops and supermarkets within walking distance, including a Carrefour Express and Coop.
Room description
Bedroom 1 comes with a double bed and plenty of storage. With two stand-alone wardrobes and a chest with drawers, there's plenty of room for your belongings. This room has its own balcony, which makes it bright. Comfortable and cozy, you'll love living here during your time in Rome!
