This charming 2-bedroom apartment with a live-in landlady is located on Via Ridolfino Venuti in peaceful Nomentano, and has a room for rent. The shared spaces in the 100 m² apartment include a comfortable living area, modern kitchen and bathroom, and a spacious back garden.
The Piazza Bologna area is a favourite among Romans who want to avoid the tourist buzz of the Old City. Within comfortable walking distance from the apartment is the Metro line, and a number of shops, eateries and gorgeous parks to explore. This is also a great location for students, with LUISS and RUFA universities within walking distance, and Università Sapienza just 2 stops away on the Metro.
