There are rooms for rent in this tidy 2-bedroom apartment with a spacious 100 m² footprint on Via Domenico De Dominicis, in Casal Bertone. The open-plan kitchen and living area have modern appliances including an oven, and dual sink in the kitchen, and a table and chairs in the living area. The bathroom is equally modern with plenty of storage.
There is a supermarket just down the road, as well as several other restaurants and shops just a little further away. The Basilica San Lorenzo al Verano is nearby, as is the Galleria Commerciale Auchan Casalbertone.
Room description
Bedroom 1 has a single bed, as well as a desk and access to the closed patio. This room also has a chest of drawers, shelving and a built-in wardrobe.
What we liked the most
- The Sapienza University of Rome is around a half hour walk away.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is AC and heating to keep you comfortable year round.
- There is a closed, private patio which wraps around the outside of the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one shared bathroom.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
