This apartment has a beautiful, and spacious kitchen which opens on to the living room, and a sunny balcony. There are 2 modern bathrooms, and plenty of windows throughout to let in lots of natural light.
There are plenty of shops in the nearby streets, including supermarkets and a pharmacy. The beautiful Villa De Sanctis and the surrounding fields is a 20-minute walk away, and is a great place to get some exercise or enjoy the summer sun. There are also a few restaurants nearby.

Bedroom 1 has a single bed, and plenty of storage including a chest of drawers, shelving and standalone wardrobe. This room also has a desk, a large window and heating unit.
